Our Returns Policy
The Practical Man wants you to be confident with your new gear. We happily accept returns on full priced items purchased through the website within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit or refund. Please note that all items must be returned unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Please note all footwear must have original, undamaged shoeboxes with no scratches or sole markings. For hygiene reasons underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for grooming products under any circumstances.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.
Returning an item? Easy!
To make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and we will send you an RA# and return address. All items are to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your RA#. Items received after the 14-day time frame will be assessed at our discretion. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
Please send your returned goods along with valid RA# to the address given to you. For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use insured registered post as we are not liable for any lost returned items.
Return Shipping Charges
We will gladly cover the cost of returns for exchanges. Where possible we will send you a prepaid label for return but if we can't, please include your receipt for shipping charges in the return package and we will refund to your credit card used to make the original purchase. Shipping costs for items returned for refund will not be reimbursed.
I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After we have accepted your returns package and verified the contents, you will either receive your new item (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding any shipping cost) directly to the credit card from your original transaction. We will send out a confirmation email to confirm your exchange or refund.
