Tracking Your Order
In addition to your Order Confirmation email, a Shipping Notification email with a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email. The link will also be available in your order history.
The Practical Man offers free express domestic shipping on orders over $150. For all orders under $150, a shipping fee of $15 applies. Domestic orders are sent Express via Australia Post or one of our trusted courier partners. Deliveries can be expected on the next business day after dispatch in metropolitan areas or 2-3 business days for other areas within Australia.
ORoets received by 7pm AEST will be dispatched on the next business day or as soon as possible unless pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day unless pending credit verification.
The Practical Man asks for your understanding during peak times when there may be slight delivery delays however if you do not receive your order in the timeframe specified, please contact us.
For international shipping, The Practical Man offers two flat rate shipping options:
For $25, orders will be sent out using DHL or similar to the port of entry to your country and will be delivered by your local mail service. Delivery of your order may take 5-10 days. Tracking is provided through the service listed in your shipping confirmation.
For $50, orders will be sent using DHL E-commerce or similar service. Delivery of your order is estimated to take 2-5 working days. Tracking instructions will be included in your shipping confirmation.
Orders received by 7pm AEST, pending credit verification, will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification.
Please note that while we take all care to send packages as quickly as possible, we cannot control delays which may be incurred in your local customs office on entry to your country.
You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and you will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.
